Terms and conditions of sale

How our gift boxes and services are sold and used.

This English translation is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version of these terms and conditions prevails.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is:

  • to inform any prospective consumer of the terms and conditions under which the seller sells and delivers the gift cards and packages ordered;
  • to set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of gift cards and packages by the seller to the consumer.

They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made by WMA SARL. Accordingly, any person who orders a gift card or package offered for sale on the WMA SARL website fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before placing the order.

WMA SARL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time.

2. Prices

The selling prices of the services on the WMA SARL website, shown in euros including all taxes, are those in force when the Buyer's order is recorded.

Prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order; any change in the applicable rate will automatically be reflected in the price. WMA SARL may change its selling prices at any time.

3. Features of the gift cards and packages

In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer may, before ordering, consult on the WMA SARL website the essential features of the gift cards and packages they wish to order.

The Buyer selects one or more gift cards or packages from those offered on the WMA SARL website:

  • the gift card for a session entitles the holder to one massage session of the stated length, for one or two people;
  • the amount gift card carries a balance in euros, which can be used in one go or several on the institute's services;
  • the package, bought for oneself or given as a gift card, carries a number of hours to be used session by session, and can be shared.

The gift card is delivered as the Buyer chooses: by email to the recipient as soon as payment is made or on the date and at the time chosen (Paris time), as a PDF to the Buyer, or printed, to be collected at the institute or sent by post for the fee shown. In every case the Buyer receives the PDF of the card as soon as payment is made.

4. Ordering

Every order implies unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Once the Buyer has recorded their order by clicking on the payment button, they are deemed to have accepted, knowingly and without reservation, these terms and conditions of sale and the prices, volumes and quantities of the gift cards and packages offered for sale and ordered.

The Buyer may order:

  • online;
  • by telephone;
  • at the institute.

The sale is only final once WMA SARL has sent the Buyer the order confirmation and received payment of the full price. WMA SARL recommends that the Buyer keep this information on paper or in electronic form.

5. Payment

The Buyer pays when ordering, online by bank card or by the payment methods offered on the page, through our secure payment provider Stripe. Under no circumstances may the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.

WMA SARL collects the full amount of the order when the order is confirmed. All orders are payable in euros, including all taxes.

The Buyer warrants to WMA SARL that, when recording the order, they hold any authorisations required to use the chosen payment method.

WMA SARL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and stage of completion, if any sum owed by the Buyer is not paid or if a payment incident occurs.

WMA SARL reserves the right to ask the Buyer for a copy of their identity card for any payment by bank card. As part of the fight against online fraud, information relating to your order may be passed on to any third party for verification.

6. Using gift cards and packages

The gift card for a session is valid for six months from its payment. The amount gift card, the package gift card and the package are valid for one year from their payment. Once this period has expired, the card or package is no longer valid and can no longer be used; its price, or the remaining balance, remains the property of WMA SARL.

The recipient books an appointment with WMA SARL, online or by telephone, giving the number of their card or package.

The balance of an amount gift card is reduced at the institute by the price of each service; where the service costs more than the balance, the difference is paid on the spot. The balance can neither be refunded nor exchanged for cash.

Any appointment booked with WMA SARL using a gift card or package that is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance is deemed to have taken place: the session on the card, the hours booked on the package or the price of the service on the balance of the amount card remain the property of WMA SARL.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer of a gift card or package has fourteen days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason, and to return the printed card, where applicable, at their own expense, for a refund. At the Buyer's choice, exercising the right of withdrawal gives rise to:

  • either a refund by the payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer, as WMA SARL prefers;
  • or the issue of a credit voucher.

8. No waiver

The fact that one of the parties does not invoke a failure by the other party to fulfil any of the obligations set out in these terms and conditions of sale shall not be construed as a waiver of that obligation in the future.

9. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

Sales of gift cards and packages by WMA SARL are subject to French law.
