Personal data

The controller of the data collected on this website is WMA SARL (contact details above). The data you entrust to us (when you create a customer account, order a gift card or a package, contact us, apply for a job or take part in a promotional offer) is used solely to: process and follow up your orders (including invoicing), manage your account, answer your requests and, if you have given your consent, send you our offers and news.

Your data is never sold or transferred. It is only shared with the service providers needed to run the service: hosting (OVH), secure payment (Stripe), appointment booking (ClicRDV) and spam protection for forms (Cloudflare Turnstile).

It is kept for the duration of the business relationship; invoices are kept for ten years (accounting obligation) and job applications for no more than two years.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability.
